About Direct Compliance

Why we built it
Anyone who's looked for a compliance job knows how it goes. You find a role that looks right, then realise it's an agency ad. The employer's hidden, the salary's vague and your CV ends up in someone else's database.
We wanted one place where every role is real, current and direct.
What we do
We check employers' own career sites every day and pull in UK roles in our field. Employers can also post with us for free. We clear out old listings, agency ads and roles that don't belong, so you only see what's relevant.
Who it's for
