The group employs more than 1,500 professionals across 44 offices in 22 countries.

Its work spans sustainability science and advisory, carbon accounting and decarbonisation, circular economy, supply chain sustainability, ESG advisory and carbon project development. Services cover strategy development through to implementation, and are delivered alongside market-leading digital solutions and proprietary technology platforms. Named clients include Cisco, 3M, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever and Tesco, spanning technology, consumer goods, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, retail and grocery, agriculture and manufacturing.

Alongside client work, Anthesis has developed the Purpose Gap report, research examining corporate sustainability authenticity, and launched ReTerra, a venture scaling regenerative agriculture across Brazil. The group has grown through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
