The Ardonagh Group is an independent insurance distribution platform founded in 2017. Through a portfolio of more than 50 broking and specialist underwriting brands, it connects clients and premium to global capital, spanning retail broking, wholesale and specialty lines, Managing General Agent (MGA) underwriting operations and risk management. The group employs over 12,000 people across more than 250 locations worldwide.

The business is organised around five operating platforms: UK, Europe, APAC, Specialty, and LatAm and Rest of World. Its activities cover regulated insurance distribution and underwriting across multiple jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia, Latin America and the Americas. The group describes itself as a top 20 global broker, positioned as a top 15 global broker, and as Australia's largest privately owned insurance distribution group.

Since its founding, income has grown ten-fold in eight years. The group operates an entrepreneurial model built on a meeting point for specialist insurance brands, and states a commitment to sustainability and community engagement through its registered charity, ACT (Ardonagh Community Trust), which has raised over £5.6 million.
