UA Talents is a global movement founded in 2020 that connects historically underrepresented talent with welcoming employers. Its core offering is an inclusive job board that serves diverse groups including refugees, the blind and low vision, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ professionals, returning citizens, single parents, and veterans. The platform lists over 3,000 live jobs and has a candidate base of more than 1 million.
The organization operates a network of targeted job sites, such as Jobs for Refugees, Jobs for the Blind, Jobs for the Neurodivergent, and Rainbow Jobs, each focused on a specific community. It also provides specialized training programs, including DE&I training for employers to build inclusive hiring practices and professional coaching, resume support, and interview preparation for job seekers.
