Fieldguide is an AI-native software company that builds agentic AI for the audit and advisory industry. Its platform digitizes the end-to-end engagement lifecycle for CPA firms and their clients, from planning through close, with the aim of improving margins, efficiency and client experience. The company was founded in 2020 and is based in the United States.

The core product, the Fieldguide Platform, is an agentic AI platform purpose-built for audit and advisory firms. Technical focus areas include agentic AI, workflow automation and end-to-end engagement lifecycle digitization, applied to audit, advisory, accounting and professional services workflows. The platform is used by 50 of the top 100 CPA and consulting firms in the US.

Fieldguide has raised $75m across multiple funding rounds, most recently a Series C led by Goldman Sachs, with backing from Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Y Combinator and other investors. The company was founded by former Big Four practitioners and Silicon Valley technologists, grounding its product work in domain expertise in audit and advisory workflows.
