Legora AB develops a collaborative AI platform for the legal profession, covering research, drafting and document review. The company sells into law firms and legal services providers and reports more than 400 customers across over 40 markets. In 2025 it raised $150m in a Series C round at a valuation of $1.8bn, with backing from Bessemer Venture Partners, ICONIQ, General Catalyst, Benchmark, Redpoint Ventures and Y Combinator.

The product line spans several points in legal work. Tabular Review analyses tens of thousands of documents simultaneously; the Word Add-In offers precedent-based drafting suggestions inside Microsoft Word; Legal Research draws on up-to-date material from legal databases and document management systems; and Portal is a platform for collaboration between law firms and their clients. Technical work sits in artificial intelligence, natural language processing and document analysis.
