Bauer Media Group is one of Europe's largest media companies, producing and distributing content across publishing, audio and out-of-home advertising. Founded in 1875 as a small printing house in Hamburg, Germany, the group now employs more than 12,000 people and operates in 17 countries. It is in its fifth generation of family ownership.

The business is divided into three main divisions. The publishing portfolio comprises more than 600 magazines worldwide, selling almost 500 million copies annually across markets including Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland and France. Bauer Media Audio runs radio and podcast operations in nine countries, with over 150 brands reaching more than 61 million listeners a week. Bauer Media Outdoor, one of Europe's leading out-of-home advertising businesses, operates more than 110,000 advertising panels in 12 European markets. The group also holds digital products, radio stations and TV properties, and invests in media-related sectors.

On sustainability, Bauer Media Group has committed to Carbon Net Zero by 2030 for Scope 1 and 2 emissions and by 2045 for Scope 3 emissions.
